About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to draft, revise, and maintain accurate and compelling job descriptions.
- Post and manage job listings across internal platforms and external job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Monitor incoming applications and triage candidates for hiring manager review based on qualifications and alignment, including candidate screening, filter CVs, and preliminary interview.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, from initial contact through offer and acceptance.
- Support the preparation and delivery of offer letters and facilitate pre-employment requirements (e.g., background checks (for certain positions), reference checks).
- Coordinate onboarding tasks, including new hire documentation, system access.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
- Take ownership of the rollout and implementation of new HR and recruiting tools we are currently adopting.
- Be the ultimate owner of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Actively evaluate and improve our onboarding/offboarding workflows directly within our HR systems to automate tasks.
- Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting as needed.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience screening CVs and conducting initial filter interviews.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working with—and implementing—recruiting and HR software tools.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with offer coordination and onboarding best practices (preferred).
- Familiarity with modern HR tech stack implementation (preferred).
