About the role
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets and pipeline objectives.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global commercial priorities.
- Identify high-value market segments, strategic accounts, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with government, defense, and enterprise customers.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long procurement timelines.
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial structuring.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM discipline.
- Identify, develop, and manage regional partners, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Provide structured market intelligence and competitive insights to Product and Executive Leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise, government, or complex B2B sales.
- Proven track record of closing large, multi-year, high-value contracts.
- Experience selling technology, data, SaaS, aerospace, geospatial, or defense-adjacent solutions.
- Demonstrated experience navigating offsets, local content requirements, or industrial participation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the regional geospatial ecosystem, including customers, partners, resellers, and competitors.
- Strong executive presence with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
