About the role
- Provide technical support to users in a fully remote setup
- Troubleshoot issues via Teams, phone, and email
- Maintain and document support calls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
- Assist in the management of IT infrastructure and operational support
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, with mandatory SharePoint knowledge
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems
- Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS); Meraki experience is a plus
- Basic experience with Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID
- Basic understanding of scripting.
- Intune experience is a plus
- Proficiency with TeamViewer
- Customer support via Teams, phone, and email
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and ticketing systems
- Strong systematic approach and documentation skills
- Remote Support Experience for a 200-300 seat organisation
