About the role

  • Provide technical support to users in a fully remote setup
  • Troubleshoot issues via Teams, phone, and email
  • Maintain and document support calls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
  • Assist in the management of IT infrastructure and operational support
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, with mandatory SharePoint knowledge
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS); Meraki experience is a plus
  • Basic experience with Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID
  • Basic understanding of scripting.
  • Intune experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with TeamViewer
  • Customer support via Teams, phone, and email
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and ticketing systems
  • Strong systematic approach and documentation skills
  • Remote Support Experience for a 200-300 seat organisation
