About the role

  • Build Instagram & TikTok: content strategy and posting plan.
  • Grow our channel and make it take off.
  • Produce Reels & short videos: shoot, edit and post Reels that truly resonate with real parents.
  • Cover content pillars: everyday family adventures with ouchie, first-aid tips ("Did you know?"), unboxings, behind-the-scenes, and seasonal topics.
  • Build the community: reply to comments, manage DMs, and have genuine conversations. Engagement > follower count.
  • Influencer outreach: contact mom bloggers, midwives, and outdoor-family creators to arrange collaborations.
  • Coordinate UGC: motivate customers to share their ouchie moments; curate and repost user-generated content.

Requirements

  • Must-haves: You are a mom or dad, or at least around children every day.
  • You know playground panic, the search for bandages, and the chaos of family adventures.
  • You can shoot Reels in your sleep.
  • You know what works on Instagram and TikTok — not just in theory, but because you do it yourself.
  • You have a good eye for aesthetics without being artificial. Authentic is better than perfect.
  • You can create smartphone content that looks professional (editing with CapCut, InShot, or similar).
  • You speak German at a native level and write copy that feels like a real conversation, not an ad.
  • You are reliable, self-driven, and don’t need micromanagement.
  • Nice-to-haves: You may have a small Instagram/TikTok account yourself (even <5K followers is fine).
  • Optional: Experience with influencer collaborations or brand content.
  • Optional: Familiarity with Canva, Later/Planoly or similar tools.
  • Optional: Based in Munich or the surrounding area (for occasional in-person content shoots; not required).
  • Optional: Medical background, e.g. paramedic, doctor, or similar.
