Growth Marketing

• You are responsible for the marketing strategy for both brands and will continue to build out our marketing engine
• Develop and implement the growth strategy across both brands together with David
• Scale paid channels, content, creator partnerships, CRM and conversion
• Manage and further develop existing performance structures
• Scale marketplaces and retail (e.g. Amazon, pharmacies and drugstores) as new channels
• Identify and test new growth levers
• Expand cross-selling, funnel optimization and retention
• Build and manage external partners and internal resources
• Long-term: internationalization, new channels and team building
