About the role
- Discover problems, opportunities, and challenges to meet user and business needs
- Conduct research: prepare and facilitate user interviews
- Analyze competitors and observe design trends
- Dive into internal data
- Propose outstanding design solutions: lead ideation to find the best approach
- Create, test, and iterate on your concepts until you reach an effective solution
- Apply visual design and create high-fidelity prototypes when necessary
- Help prepare stories with production-ready assets for development
- Collaborate with: product management to understand strategy, domain and business needs; design peers to ensure consistent design across our products; engineering to ensure a smooth product development process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience at product companies
- Proven ability to design useful solutions for complex product problems
- Experience designing web applications (mobile and desktop) and native applications (iOS and Android)
- Basic understanding of SaaS solutions combining B2B and B2C contexts
- Strong set of UX methodologies to run design workshops, perform product discovery, conduct user interviews, and manage UX in agile environments
- Effective problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills
- Open culture of design feedback
- Fluent spoken and written English
