About the role

  • Provide service and customer support during field and in-house visits or dispatches
  • Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Ensure the timely and correct documentation of processes
  • Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings
  • Contact customers concerning processes of the customer file

Requirements

  • Technical degree or better in electronics or equivalent technical school
  • Minimum 2 years of proven field service experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical area
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • High customer orientation
  • Team spirit
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in IT, network configuration, software installation would be a plus
