About the role

  • Travelling to customer sites to install equipment
  • Validating and commissioning of equipment (i.e. bioreactors, filtration, biowelders, biosealers, etc.) in a cleanroom environment adhering to GMP guidelines
  • Repairing, maintaining, and calibrating equipment
  • Writing and reviewing routine documentation such as SOP’s and process documentation, prepare service reports
  • Using field automation systems and liaising with technical team, logistics, engineering and support teams
  • Following company procedures and protocols i.e: GMP regulations

Requirements

  • Completed an HNC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience as a field-based electromechanical engineer within the pharmaceutical industry following GMP guidelines, though candidates from other industries (i.e.: medical, food, drink etc.) will also be considered
  • Experience of servicing automated systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Right to work in Ireland
