About the role
- To support Virtual Account Management and Field Account Management (VAM or FAM) in their writing, costing, and preparation of tender bidding documents
- Support the existing customer base of integrators / tenderers and acquire new ones in tender management, preparation, and follow-up of tenders
- Research the information (customer history), check the feasibility of the response (directly or by reseller)
- Submit to sellers and technical specialists, prepare the documents that constitute the response file
- Participate in the creation of standard offers and/or complexes independently or in collaboration with others
- Provide technical support in the review of the technical requirements of the bidder
- Inform Legal Affairs of the contract won and send them for registration in their contract database.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitive behavior in the markets for tenders.
Requirements
- Completed training at a technical college or completed at least 3 years of technical vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in processing tenders
- Capability of working autonomously
- French and English are mandatory; Spanish and Italian would be a plus
- Existing knowledge about SFDC (Sales Force) would be appreciated.
