About the role
- Develop, implement, and optimize global end-to-end service processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Work in interdisciplinary and international (sub)projects and take responsibility for the functional coordination of complex workstreams
- Coordinate international project participants, manage stakeholders, monitor project progress, and ensure that goals are achieved
- Analyze and document process, system, and business requirements from operational service
- Specify business requirements and support their implementation in the system landscape (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, CRM, or service applications)
- Analyze the interaction of relevant applications within service processes and evaluate their impact on end-to-end process performance
- Actively shape the introduction of digital and AI-based solutions in service
- Create process documentation and training materials and empower service teams to apply global processes
- Facilitate workshops, communicate change processes, and promote acceptance of new ways of working
Requirements
- University degree (e.g., industrial engineering, business administration) or relevant vocational training with several years of experience in business process management
- In-depth understanding of service processes and structures in global, complex organizations
- Experience in managing or coordinating projects and dealing with different stakeholders
- Experience in a technically oriented service environment and a good understanding of process-relevant, integrated service applications – ideally including CRM and service platforms and their interfaces
- Interest in digitalization and AI-based process solutions, as well as the ability to pragmatically transfer new technologies into processes
- Excellent ability to prepare complex content in a manner appropriate for the target audience and to communicate changes effectively
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with strong organizational skills and strategic thinking
- Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%); German language skills are an advantage
