About the role

  • Technical consulting on application possibilities and extensibility of the SCADA system Biobrain® Supervise
  • Advise and support service staff worldwide with technical issues
  • Participate in product release processes of the development departments
  • Close collaboration with Quality and Development teams

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering and relevant professional experience; alternatively, a qualification as a technician/master or a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems Windows 10/11 and MS Server 2022 & 2025
  • Confident handling of computer hardware and software
  • Network and IT administration skills are desirable
  • Understanding of processes in complex automation systems
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of service- and solution-orientation
  • Fluent English skills, spoken and written, are mandatory; German skills are an advantage
  • Flexibility to travel within the EMEA region up to 20%
