About the role

  • Managing quality-focused projects: Full end-to-end responsibility for projects to optimize quality processes — from planning through successful implementation
  • Analyzing and improving QM processes: Identifying weaknesses, designing efficient workflows, and implementing sustainable standards
  • Stakeholder management and change enablement: Collaborating closely with business units, facilitating workshops, and coaching to embed new processes and methods
  • Quality assurance and reporting: Preparing decision and project documentation, monitoring progress, and initiating effective corrective actions if deviations occur

Requirements

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in Quality Management and process optimization
  • Quality management expertise and methods: Deep understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and experience analyzing and optimizing QM processes
  • Proficient in SAP QM, eQMS, and related systems (MES, LIMS, PLM), with the ability to model processes systematically and implement digital solutions for quality workflows
  • Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and/or Lean Management
  • Project management and consulting mindset: Certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA) is desirable, along with experience managing projects focused on quality and process optimization, including stakeholder management and change enablement
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, high problem-solving capability, and assertiveness
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
