About the role
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective fintech and SaaS clients.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to present suitable solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize telesales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with fintech and SaaS industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in fintech or SaaS industries.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with strong target and result orientation.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
