• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure microcopy and UX text drive user behavior, not just explain features.
• Integrate AI-assisted authoring tools
• Develop a content intelligence dashboard that measures how documentation impacts onboarding time, feature adoption, and support volume.
• Create “story frameworks” that explain product vision, workflows, and releases in a human-centered way not just technically.
• Partner with the marketing and training teams to convert technical documentation into client education and enablement materials.
• Build an evolving taxonomy and tagging system that supports content discovery and automation for future AI chat or self-service support.
