About the role
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Sarmad’s products and solutions.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong motivation are also welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Basic understanding of financial technology or fintech is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
