About the role

  • Lead a team of 12 employees through monthly close deadlines
  • Ensure accurate financial information is reported to the group within required deadlines
  • Ensure plant directors and Finance Business Partners have the relevant information needed for sound decision-making
  • Finalize and drive the department roadmap in line with the group's organizational projects and local legal requirements

Requirements

  • Master's degree (equivalent to Bac +5), Business School and/or Master's in Finance/Management Control
  • 15 years' experience in Management Control, including 5 years as a Management Control Director, with team management experience
  • Experience in industrial, matrix and international environments
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting and consolidation principles
  • High proficiency with MS Office tools, specifically Excel
  • Fluent in English
