Marketing

• Use AI to automate our workflows and scale our marketing programs (improve velocity, surface insights, and increase volume). You need to be able to executive these projects end-to-end: identifying opportunities, mapping out workflows, connecting the necessary systems, building the skills and workflows, and fine-tuning them for performance.
• Work with the marketing, BDR, and sales teams to build and optimize the workflows for lead scoring, lead routing, email campaigns, content production, webinars, and events.
• Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing ROI, including pipeline generation, attribution, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate, reliable data across our marketing systems (piping in data, enriching it, regularly auditing it, updating it and fixing errors).
• Develop internal playbooks and documentation for how to use AI tools and workflows.
• Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, consisting of Hubspot, Salesforce integrations, and supporting tools.
• Stay up to speed on the latest marketing technology and look for ways to upgrade what we’re doing, increase our productivity, improve our efficiency, drive more results, etc.

Marketing Engineer

Account Executive

• Cultivate relationships with executives in Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance, elevating awareness of Sardine's brand and value proposition.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to comprehensively understand the challenges, initiatives, existing tech stack, and strategic priorities of potential clients.
• Establish credibility, trust, and thought leadership in Digital Transformation, Digital Identity, Compliance, and Fraud domains.
• Become an authority on Sardine's product offering, showcasing its composable nature and creatively providing solutions aligned with clients' business and technology challenges.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, collaborating with the Growth team and BDRs for targeted outbound strategies, qualifying sales opportunities, tailoring presentations and demos with the Solutions Engineering team, leading negotiations, and overseeing the contracting process to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the Sardine team to provide market feedback from prospects and clients.

Strategic Account Executive

DevOps Engineer

• Define, monitor, and enforce error budgets to ensure 99.99% product availability.
• Create and execute production system scaling strategies and lead cloud infrastructure operational maintenance (e.g., Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) cluster consolidation).
• Own the GCP cloud computing budget. Analyze pricing structures and identify process flows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs (e.g., achieving 25% cost reductions).
• Work with Data Engineers to prioritize performance tuning- such as partitioning and clustering BigQuery tables or optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines—so business users get their data faster.
• Ensure the data architecture is structured to support advanced analytics and Machine Learning models, and prepare clean, accessible datasets for Data Scientists.
• Partner with Legal and Security teams to ensure the AWS/GCP environment complies with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) using Cloud IAM (Identity and Access Management) and strict data access policies.

Recruitment

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, including sales, business development, sales engineering, integrations, accounts management, partnership, and more, across multiple regions in EMEA, MENA, and APAC
• Own the full candidate journey from first touch to close, sourcing proactively across job boards, applicants, outbound outreach, social media, and your network
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring teams by providing market insight and mapping, funnel recommendations, and calibration support throughout the search
• Own the candidate experience from first outreach through offer close - every candidate, regardless of outcome, should leave the process feeling respected and well-informed

• Manage pre-joining and onboarding experience for new hires across US, Canada, and international locations, making sure new hires have a seamless transition
• Oversee payroll for US and Canadian employees and global team, ensuring accurate, timely payments and tax compliance
• Maintain people policies, labor law compliance, employee handbook, and notion workspace
• Manage employee expenses and reimbursements via Ramp, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking
• Lead company events, town halls, and recognition programs that people actually look forward to
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS, dashboard and other platforms for reporting and audits

People Ops Partner

Threat Intelligence Specialist

• Design and execute structured evaluation frameworks to assess the quality, coverage, and fraud-signal value of incoming data assets from vendor partners
• Build lift analyses, backtests, and champion/challenger comparisons to quantify the incremental value of new data signals against our existing fraud detection stack
• Profile vendor datasets for completeness, freshness, match rates, and population coverage across verticals (crypto, fintech, neobanks, e-commerce, etc.)
• Collaborate with fraud leadership to define evaluation criteria tied to real fraud outcomes — false positive rates, catch rates, precision/recall tradeoffs
• Translate vendor data findings into clear, actionable recommendations: adopt, pilot, deprioritize, or decline
• Partner with data engineering to define ingestion requirements and ensure test environments reflect production-like conditions
• Document evaluation results and maintain an internal knowledge base on vendor data performance over time

Data Analyst – Fraud Intelligence

Analytics Engineer

• Build and own Sardine’s internal data infrastructure, integrating CRM, marketing, product, finance, and operational systems into a cohesive, well-modeled data warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse partitioning strategy, access controls, and security architecture in close partnership with the Security and Infrastructure teams to meet compliance and performance requirements.
• Take full ownership of billing data infrastructure, including backend warehouse tables, data models, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design, implement, and own ETL/ELT pipelines to pull and merge data from multiple internal and external systems, ensuring clean, reliable, and scalable data flows across the organization.
• Partner with data science, engineering, revenue operations, and executive stakeholders to define and track KPIs, ensuring business decisions are grounded in data.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Revenue Operations, Business Operations, and Product/Eng, translating complex requirements into elegant data solutions.
• Champion data quality and governance, ensuring insights are consistent, trustworthy, and well-documented.
• Build dashboards and analytics that provide key insights for executive leadership, GTM, product, and finance teams.
