Fraud Ops Analyst

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including software engineering, product, sales, marketing, and post-sales, across multiple regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.

• Be the primary point of contact for our customers, attending to day-to-day and 'big picture' problems and opportunities and helping maximize the customer's ROI in Sardine
• Build a thorough understanding of our product, technology, and strategy and be able to message these succinctly to customers.
• Translate complex product and technology problems into simple and actionable solutions. Be able to manage the solution process both internally and externally.
• Speak knowledgeably and advise on best practices relating to fraud and compliance

• Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we plan long-term expansion.

Senior Strategic Account Manager

Manager

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for success
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
• Analyze clients' requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products' capabilities
• Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables

People Operations

• Be a trusted thought partner to managers, helping them lead effectively through growth, ambiguity, and change
• Lead organizational design to ensure teams are structured to scale, roles are clear, and talent is aligned to business priorities.
• Ensure People practices remain compliant across all regions we operate in.
• Own performance management cycles end to end, including feedback cycles, promotions, role changes, and compensation discussions
• Use People data, context, and patterns to guide better people decisions
• Be an empathetic and steady point of contact for employee relations matters, handling sensitive people matters with care and discretion
• Coach team navigate through performance concerns and conflicts
• Partner with PeopleOps team to design and deliver practical learning initiatives based on business needs

People Business Partner

• Design, maintain, and improve core IT systems, including Google Workspace, device management (JAMF), and GCP cloud infrastructure
• Partner with People and Talent on onboarding and offboarding, hardware provisioning, and access management for a growing, global team
• Manage tools like VPN, password management, and endpoint security; ensure systems are patched, monitored, and compliant with internal security standards
• Serve as a primary point of contact for IT issues, supporting teammates via Slack, email, and video
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories and help administer our collaboration stack (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Asana)

IT Operations Lead

Product Manager

• Build best-in-class bot detection , device intelligence and behavior biometrics products
• Create and steer bot roadmap while working with stakeholders - Founders, AMs, Sales
• Design new fraud detection methods and tools and monitor the data to build a robust fraud detection and prevention system.
• Work closely with product designers, data analysts, and engineering teams to define detailed product specifications, review technical capabilities, prioritize projects, and create & steer fraud risk product roadmap.
• Lead Project management – work closely with all our customers and internal stakeholders to prioritize what to build and when
• Lead Delivery – Own the end-to-end delivery of our product, starting from scoping projects to execution to final delivery of the product, including proper documentation

Product Manager – Bot Detection

• Build, enhance and manage our CPQ system (DealHub): Own guided selling flows, pricing rules, bundling, and overall setup to help Sales and Post-Sales teams work efficiently and consistently.
• Partner with GTM teams: Work closely with Sales, Post-Sales, and Partnerships as a trusted advisor on deal structure, pricing analyses, and non-standard agreements.
• Support financial accuracy: Collaborate with Finance, Data Strategy, and Operations to implement and update pricing inputs, ensure deal profitability, and maintain financial serviceability.
• Coordinate across teams: Keep information flowing between Sales, Services, Legal, Accounting, Operations, and others throughout the deal cycle.
• Maintain data quality: Own accuracy of key Salesforce fields on new opportunities to support reporting and customer setup.
• Improve deal processes: Formalize deal review and approval steps and ensure all deals follow policies and guidelines.
• Build strong internal relationships: Work with teams across the company to remove friction and support faster, cleaner deal execution.
