Security Analyst

• Collaborate closely with IT and OT department for the awareness, Digital, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Human Resources, and business stakeholders to strengthen Saputo's cybersecurity posture.
• Lead and continuously improve several strategic cybersecurity functions, including Cybersecurity Governance and Policy Management, Cybersecurity Awareness and Culture Development, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), TPRM Platform Administration (Archer), Cybersecurity Program Reporting and Executive Communications.
• Provide governance, oversight, quality assurance, and continuous improvement recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of delivered services.

• Lead and manage all organization-wide master data governance activities.
• Improve the quality of data and enable the organization to leverage it as an enterprise asset.
• Oversee the execution of master data governance activities across all Saputo global divisions.
• Govern critical enterprise data domains (e.g., core master data, supply chain and operational data, and other key business data assets).
• Manage a team, setting and reviewing annual goals, assigning project responsibilities, coaching performance and supporting growth.

Project Manager

• Lead the intake of IT demand across divisions and functions, ensuring consistent capture, triage, and visibility of initiatives.
• Drive a structured pipeline to assess, categorize, and advance initiatives through initiation and evaluation stages.
• Own the end-to-end pipeline view, including forecasting, prioritization readiness, and overall pipeline health.
• In partnership with the PMO governance function, lead annual and in-year portfolio planning cycles to align initiatives with business strategy, funding, and resource capacity.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions with IT and business stakeholders, enabling informed trade-off decisions and clear execution priorities.

Communications

• Support the U.S. Communications team in executing primarily internal communication initiatives, campaigns, and communications plans.
• Assist with the development, editing, and distribution of written and visual content across multiple channels, including intranet, email, digital signage, websites, and social platforms.
• Create and update (as needed) effective communication templates, techniques and processes as needed to meet the needs of both our office and plant employees.
• Capture and produce photography and/or video content (e.g., employee stories, events, facilities, leadership messages) and assist with basic editing and post‑production.
• Help ensure communications materials align with Saputo’s brand standards, voice, and messaging.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for Town Halls, meetings, and other business update forums, including visuals, presentations, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Support project management activities by tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Process and evaluate data and produce reporting to support the communications function.
