About the role
- support the Asset Manager across all aspects of asset performance, including financial management, compliance, risk, and commercial activities
- ensure accurate reporting, clear stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of tools and processes
- coordinate financial activities, managing compliance structures, and supporting asset‑level oversight in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- prepare and maintain compliance and record‑keeping for commercial contracts, regulatory requirements, and service agreements
- coordinate communication structures to share accurate asset information with internal and external stakeholders
- develop and maintain working documents, tools, and onboarding/offboarding materials
- assist with risk management and optimisation activities across assigned assets
- contribute to cross‑team process improvements and portfolio‑wide tool development
Requirements
- have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or finance, or equivalent experience
- demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including comfort engaging with a broad range of topics
- communicate commercial concepts clearly and confidently across stakeholders
- are proficient in Microsoft Office and structured in your approach to organising information
- thrive building relationships and collaborating across functions, cultures, and markets
- are comfortable working with autonomy, managing ambiguity, and driving tasks to completion
