About the role

  • Support development of portfolio and projects from strategic initiatives to fully planned QHSE projects
  • Responsible for project training sessions for project managers and project owners
  • Coaching and mentoring project owners and project managers
  • Ensure internal project contracts are of high quality
  • Support and develop digital solutions
  • Take on the role as project manager when needed.

Requirements

  • Preferably have a recognised project, programme, and portfolio management qualification (PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, PMP, etc.)
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps
  • Experience as a project manager
  • Analytic mindset and ability to make complex information easily understandable
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of global stakeholders
