About the role
- Technical and commercial customer consultation and support in inside sales.
- Develop and engineer cost-optimized, customer-specific product and system solutions.
- Prepare quotations and technical accompanying documents and provide them to customers.
- Support existing customers and participate in new customer acquisition.
- Assist the field sales team and colleagues with order processing and complaint handling.
- Track key projects and follow up on quotations.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (motivated technicians and master craftsmen will also be considered).
- Relevant professional experience in drive technology, ideally with a focus on geared motors.
- Solid knowledge of technical sales and practiced use of project engineering tools.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Business-fluent German; good English skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, initiative, strong communication skills, and customer orientation.
