About the role

  • Technical and commercial customer consulting and support in inside sales
  • Develop and design cost-optimized, customer-specific product and system solutions
  • Prepare quotations and technical accompanying documentation
  • Manage existing customers and support customer acquisition
  • Support field sales and colleagues in order processing and complaint handling
  • Track key projects and follow up on quotations

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Relevant professional experience in drive technology, ideally with a focus on geared motors
  • Solid knowledge of technical sales and hands-on experience with project planning/configuration tools desirable
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • German — business fluent (negotiation-level)
  • Good English skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivation, strong communication skills and customer orientation
