About the role
- Champion and apply the Inspired tone of voice across all digital and written communications.
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand copy under tight deadlines within a collaborative, fast-moving digital environment.
- Craft compelling web and campaign content that engages, informs, and drives action across platforms - landing pages, paid ads, social, email, etc.
- Adapt writing style, format, and tone based on brief objectives, audience personas, and platform requirements.
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends in digital content, SEO, UX writing, and education marketing to continually refine and elevate our content strategy.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and performance marketing goals, where applicable.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital copywriting, content, or similar role.
- Proven experience writing and editing digital marketing content across websites, landing pages, social media, CRM/email, and performance advertising.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand tone of voice.
- A solid understanding of SEO best practices and how copy supports performance and conversion goals.
- Experience working under tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast-moving digital environment.
- The ability to interpret and manage content briefs, turning them into clear, engaging, and conversion-optimised copy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working alongside designers, account managers, and digital marketers.
- An interest in, or experience with, UX writing principles and user-centred content design would be advantageous.
- Experience using digital marketing tools, analytics, or performance data to inform and refine content would be beneficial.
- Experience within the education sector or a similar purpose-led organisation would be desirable.
