About the role
- Provide clear pedagogical direction grounded in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Monitor the quality of learning through observation, documentation, and reflection
- Create and sustain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment
- Lead and support the Pre-Nursery team
- Ensure robust safeguarding, health and safety, equality, and regulatory compliance
- Work in partnership with the Senior Management Team
- Build strong, respectful partnerships with parents
- Oversee day-to-day Pre-Nursery operations
- Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Manage administrative and organisational responsibilities
Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood
- Certificate in Reggio Emilia framework
- Understanding of child psychology
- Experience in building relationships with the community and fostering trust
