About the role

  • Maintaining a transparent view of project costs to ensure successful completion
  • Monitoring and tracking project expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved project budget
  • Assisting the development and management of project budgets, preparing periodic financial reports detailing project costs
  • Performing month-end accounting activities for assigned areas and updating project forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with internal accounting standards and external regulations
  • Maintaining accurate project financial records and documentation to support audits

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to project accounting or financial accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, SAP
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving financial issues
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, communicating effectively and supporting EU hours (up to 8 PM) during peak periods
