About the role

  • Responsible for sales and marketing activities of Systems and Solutions Division Türkiye.
  • Establishes and develops a professional network within the industry.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key executive-level customers.
  • Develop strategies, marketing and business development plans to position Innomotics as a partner of choice for Systems and Solutions.
  • Communicate the benefits of digital portfolio.
  • Analyzes strategic trends and developments in the industry.
  • Ensures identification, qualification and management of sales opportunities from lead identification to closure.
  • Identifies customer requirements and works with technical team to develop solutions.
  • Drive full sales efforts from technical survey to secure customer orders.
  • Support finance, product, project, engineering and service organizations by facilitating effective customer interactions.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on a regular basis.
  • Collaborates with other Innomotics businesses and regions to maximize global business potential.
  • Present portfolio in exhibitions and summits, perform seminars to market professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development of complex products/systems, services and solutions within cement, mining and heavy industries.
  • Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation, good communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of electrification, automation and digitalization solutions, particularly in cement, mining, minerals.
  • Experience in coordinating complex sales processes and managing key customer relationships.
  • Ability to navigate through multi-stage complex sales cycles involving technical assessments, proposal creation and contract negotiation.
  • Experience on drive and motor applications in industries like Cement, Mining, Iron&Steel, Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Pulp&Paper or similar heavy industries.
  • Ability to drive and travel intensively around the country and abroad.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and related tools.
  • Excellent command of English.
