About the role
- Posting of vendor invoices related to purchases.
- Management of vendor account closing, including movements on advance payment accounts (e.g. Rizzo advances) and prepaid cards.
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts, with particular focus on advance payment accounts.
- Management of withholding taxes related to freelance and self-employed collaborators.
- Management of deferrals and accruals (provisions for risks and charges, etc.).
- Creation and management of company fixed assets, including depreciation calculations and postings.
- Recording of daily journal entries.
- Periodic reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Preparation of data required by the Controlling and Purchasing functions for monthly closings.
- Preparation of data necessary for cash flow analysis.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of general accounting and the accounts payable cycle.
- Ability to manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and main administrative practices.
- Familiarity with monthly closing processes and financial reporting.
- Good command of IT tools and accounting software.
- Knowledge of English (at least basic professional level).
- Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
