About the role

  • Posting of vendor invoices related to purchases.
  • Management of vendor account closing, including movements on advance payment accounts (e.g. Rizzo advances) and prepaid cards.
  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts, with particular focus on advance payment accounts.
  • Management of withholding taxes related to freelance and self-employed collaborators.
  • Management of deferrals and accruals (provisions for risks and charges, etc.).
  • Creation and management of company fixed assets, including depreciation calculations and postings.
  • Recording of daily journal entries.
  • Periodic reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  • Preparation of data required by the Controlling and Purchasing functions for monthly closings.
  • Preparation of data necessary for cash flow analysis.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of general accounting and the accounts payable cycle.
  • Ability to manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and main administrative practices.
  • Familiarity with monthly closing processes and financial reporting.
  • Good command of IT tools and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of English (at least basic professional level).
  • Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
