About the role
- Advise on financial regulation matters including MiFID, MAR, EMIR, REMIT, SFTR, and AML
- Identify compliance risks and assist with operational solutions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulation and internal policies in European business
- Conduct training and compliance controls
- Update guidelines and procedures for the European business
- Participate as legal expert in projects and external working groups
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law
- Good legal skills and experience as an attorney at law
- Practical experience with financial regulation, preferably with energy markets or financial markets
- Proactive and systematic approach to work tasks
- Team player
- Clear and effective communication in English and Danish
