About the role
- Manage daily planning, logistics, and HSE standards
- Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Lead the safe, seamless delivery of offshore maintenance and inspections
- Ensure all activities comply with safety standards
- Guarantee inspection data and maintenance records are accurate
- Facilitate lessons learned process during non-campaign seasons
- Act as primary site interface for internal departments and contractors
Requirements
- Experience in wind or large-scale infrastructure
- Ability to carry out inspections independently
- Valid GWO certificates or readiness to obtain
- Ideally bring NDT qualifications (NACE, PCN, or CSWIP) and an Inspector’s Certificate
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Solid understanding of financial, legal, and technical requirements
