About the role
- Serve as the focal point for complex operations and relationships with sensitive clients, ensuring operational continuity and acting as a facilitator between Commercial, Operations and Risk areas, mediating client problem resolution in a simple, personal and fair manner.
- Structure and monitor inbound and outbound transactions for non-resident investors, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with current legislation.
- Act as intermediary in relationships with different clients, delivering personalized and technically informed service with a focus on problem resolution.
- Provide support to the Operations Desk in critical cases, ensuring speed in processing and mitigation of operational errors.
- Act as mediator in escalated critical cases, seeking effective solutions to satisfy the client while preserving the institution's reputation in the market.
- Coordinate communication with Commercial, Operations and Compliance areas to ensure the best possible client experience.
Requirements
- Proactive problem-solving: ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Client focus: streamline the foreign exchange journey for the client.
- Emotional intelligence: ability to perform under pressure with respect, empathy and firmness.
- Effective communication: ease in navigating and positively influencing different teams.
- Experience in foreign exchange operations.
- Solid knowledge of current foreign exchange regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English for interfacing with foreign clients and custodians.
