• Prepare reports on sales volume and product returns;
• Liaise with external promoter agencies and sales representatives;
• Monitor budget and employee corporate card expenses;
• Work with platforms such as Proteus for requisitions;
• Monitor in-store sampling/tasting activities at customer locations;
• Maintain contact with suppliers, under guidance (e.g., printing companies), to obtain the status of promotional material production and inform the immediate supervisor;
• Under guidance and supervision, distribute promotional and trade marketing materials to the team;
• Contribute to the development of training materials for the sales team and promoters, including explanations of products, promotional materials, and their applications and uses;
• Gather market data and information for trade marketing use, under the supervision and guidance of other area professionals;
• Keep the department's documents and materials organized, such as photos and promotional materials;
• Keep organized records of departmental documents and materials, such as sales reports, returns from visited regions, trade marketing plans, and other items;
• Prepare and issue, under guidance, various control reports for the area — including customer/store sales, promotional material inventory, and Trade Marketing budget — always under the immediate supervisor's or requester's guidance and supervision;
• Take care of equipment, resources, and materials under your responsibility and of the work environment, as well as comply with procedures, internal regulations, corporate policies, and occupational safety standards relevant to the department;
• Perform other duties related to the role or assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and the tasks align with their knowledge and experience.
