About the role
- Ensure commercial planning, organization and management for the countries under your responsibility
- Identify, select, develop and manage international distributors
- Drive demand generation, increase sell-out and strengthen brand presence
- Continuously analyze the market, competitors, trends and opportunities
- Ensure achievement of volume, profitability, market expansion and brand positioning targets
- Build and manage the international pipeline, identifying new business opportunities
- Develop growth plans together with current distributors
- Prepare, negotiate and monitor commercial proposals
- Monitor performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience managing distributors
- Advanced English (required) and intermediate Spanish
- Experience in market development through indirect channels
- Full availability for travel
- Experience building a brand through distributors (advantageous)
- Experience in consumer goods / food sector (advantageous)
