About the role

  • Ensure commercial planning, organization and management for the countries under your responsibility
  • Identify, select, develop and manage international distributors
  • Drive demand generation, increase sell-out and strengthen brand presence
  • Continuously analyze the market, competitors, trends and opportunities
  • Ensure achievement of volume, profitability, market expansion and brand positioning targets
  • Build and manage the international pipeline, identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop growth plans together with current distributors
  • Prepare, negotiate and monitor commercial proposals
  • Monitor performance indicators

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience managing distributors
  • Advanced English (required) and intermediate Spanish
  • Experience in market development through indirect channels
  • Full availability for travel
  • Experience building a brand through distributors (advantageous)
  • Experience in consumer goods / food sector (advantageous)
