About the role

  • Provide statistical leadership and guidance as the lead statistician on project teams
  • Develop innovative statistical solutions to support trial decision-making
  • Plan, monitor, and manage project activities, timelines, processes, and resources
  • Mentor junior project team members
  • Represent statistics in cross-functional and cross-company activities.

Requirements

  • PhD/MS in statistics or related discipline
  • at least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in clinical development
  • experience with Biotech, pharma, Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
  • broad knowledge and good understanding of advanced statistical concepts and techniques
  • proficient in advanced statistical analyses using SAS or R.
  • demonstrated strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
