About the role

  • Responsible for overall strategic vision and operational excellence of Non-Alliance Immunology Patient Services
  • Oversee end-to-end operational performance across the Non-Alliance Immunology PSS portfolio
  • Serve as executive operational lead for Non-Alliance Immunology product launches
  • Manage a complex, multi-million-dollar budget across multiple projects
  • Develop and scale high-performing teams for non-alliance product launches
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards for patient support programs

Requirements

  • 12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/specialty pharmacy experience
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory parameters related to patient support programs
  • Second-line leadership experience required
  • Proven track record of managing managers and leading large teams
  • Proven track record in product launch leadership at a senior level
  • Experience leading organizational transformation
  • Immunology therapeutic area experience strongly preferred
