About the role
- Interacts with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data gaps
- Align with local teams and HQ counterparts on appropriate strategies
- Conduct literature review and meta-analysis if needed
- Accountable as project delivery lead for innovative RWE programs
- Ensure local SOPs and global RWE governance processes are followed
- Identify and evaluate existing external databases and research partners for collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Epidemiology or closely related discipline
- At least 1 years of professional work experience managing observational studies
- Application of RWE in the R&D and/or commercial setting
- Master degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Deep understanding of the purpose and need for real world evaluation
- Familiarity with one or more Disease and/or Therapy Areas
- Significant experience working closely with at least one other functional area (e.g. Discovery, Development, Global Marketing, Marketing Companies)
- Good project management skills
- Ability to lead a multi-functional team
- Excellent networking and influencing skills
