About the role

  • Build, manage commercial relationships with key account hospitals
  • Conduct regular visits to key stakeholders in hospital management and pharmaceutical
  • Clearly understand customer needs and implications on Sanofi brands
  • Lead local taskforces to achieve key performance targets in hospital listing
  • Cooperate closely with local sales teams to understand support needed
  • Execute company initiatives with targeted stakeholders effectively
  • Generate market insights through engaging stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.
  • At least 3-5 work experience, preferably in professional medical communication
  • 2 years or more experience as District Sales Manager or KA Manager
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skill
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good analytical thinking and business planning skills
  • Basic listening and speaking skills and good reading skills in English
  • Persistent, passionate and positive-thinking
