About the role
- Build, manage commercial relationships with key account hospitals
- Conduct regular visits to key stakeholders in hospital management and pharmaceutical
- Clearly understand customer needs and implications on Sanofi brands
- Lead local taskforces to achieve key performance targets in hospital listing
- Cooperate closely with local sales teams to understand support needed
- Execute company initiatives with targeted stakeholders effectively
- Generate market insights through engaging stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.
- At least 3-5 work experience, preferably in professional medical communication
- 2 years or more experience as District Sales Manager or KA Manager
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skill
- Customer service oriented
- Good analytical thinking and business planning skills
- Basic listening and speaking skills and good reading skills in English
- Persistent, passionate and positive-thinking
