About the role

  • Serve as the primary owner of US market understanding for frexalimab.
  • Translate clinical data and emerging evidence into US-relevant value narratives for HCPs, patients, and payers.
  • Lead US-focused market research, insight generation, and forecasting efforts.
  • Design the US go-to-market strategy for frexalimab including positioning, segmentation, targeting hypotheses, and launch sequencing.
  • Define a clear US strategy for differentiation in a crowded market.
  • Partner closely with Market Access to inform early pricing, access, and reimbursement scenarios.
  • Define launch readiness requirements across marketing, medical, access, sales, patient services, and operations.
  • Lead development of the US Brand Plan and US Launch Plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, scientific or clinical degree) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in US commercial roles within biopharma, with significant marketing and launch experience.
  • Demonstrated success in pre-launch strategy development and/or leading major product launches in the US.
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare environment, including payer dynamics, access considerations, and specialty care commercialization.
  • Proven ability to lead in highly ambiguous, matrixed environments, influencing without direct authority.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical capability, and ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with executive presence and credibility.
  • Patient-centric mindset with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
