Lead and oversee the design and implementation of all solutions for Digital Lab Operations Research & CMC operations
Ensure alignment with architecture strategy and adhere to governance standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Digital Labs Operations & CMC experts to understand requirements and challenges
Streamline and simplify existing architecture, delivering reusable services and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Provide clear and detailed leadership for Digital Labs Operations & CMC development architecture within projects
Evaluate product usefulness and cost in the supplier selection process
Create and maintain current and target-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs

Requirements

5-8+ years of experience in CS, IS, Software Engineering or related fields
Good understanding of existing IT technologies, data types, and ontologies at Sanofi R&D
Extensive background in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions
Demonstrated understanding of the processes and workflows in Digital Labs Operations & CMC
Strong vendor relationship management skills
Solid experience in Solution Architecture
Experience with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations
Proven ability to translate functional requirements into technical/solution design
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with Sanofi’s standards technologies (Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, Azure)
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
