- Lead the coordination of all MPP activities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field required (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries
- 7+ years of program management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to adapt communication and approach to diverse audiences
- Advanced proficiency in program and project management methodologies and tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results on schedule
