About the role

  • Plan and coordinate AICE’s strategic meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions — including agenda design, pre-read development, and action tracking
  • Drive clarity and alignment across workstreams, ensuring priorities and deliverables are clearly communicated and managed
  • Support internal communications by consolidating updates, tracking progress, and providing regular visibility into key initiatives
  • Anticipate needs, identify potential risks, and recommend proactive solutions to maintain operational momentum
  • Lead or support the planning and execution of AICE transformation projects, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and timelines are managed effectively
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear owners and success metrics
  • Monitor project progress, surface risks, and ensure accountability through structured governance and reporting
  • Partner with internal and external teams to deliver projects efficiently and at the highest quality
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between AICE, GTMC Digital, and business stakeholders
  • Capture and translate business needs into actionable digital and operational requirements
  • Ensure all initiatives are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with Sanofi’s business strategy and governance model
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables
  • Support contracting, budgeting, and performance monitoring in partnership with Procurement and Finance
  • Ensure vendor outputs meet agreed standards, timelines, and strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain templates, frameworks, and process documentation to drive consistency and scalability across AICE operations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and enhance efficiency
  • Support onboarding, training, and capability-building activities across global and local teams to accelerate adoption of AICE processes and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or enablement within a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, business processes, or marketing operations
  • Experience in or exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including awareness of compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with clarity and precision
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English required.
