About the role
- Lead a 7 to 10-person sales team to drive business results in assigned region.
- Develop and execute regional business plans based on national sales goals.
- Spend the majority of time in the field with Area Business Managers (ABMs).
- Establish positive working relationships with key customer segments.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree required, preferably in life sciences or business.
- 3 – 5+ years experience in healthcare, biopharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in specialty care/biologics or specialty pharmacy preferred.
- Strong understanding of the reimbursement landscape.
- 3-5 years field management experience or equivalent leadership experience.
