About the role
- Lead operational implementation of individual and structured MAP Programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide continuous improvement and process simplification
- Oversee vendor selection and contract execution
- Maintain oversight and visibility of structured programs
- Liaise with procurement and quality to address non-supply related topics
- Manage digital transformation and AI integration of global MAP operation
- Represent MAP operations in vendor business reviews
- Ensure audit readiness and CAPA implementation
- Oversee development of MAP tools and dashboards
Requirements
- 10+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Medical, Medical Operations, or related field
- Understanding of the current pharmaceutical environment
- Management of complex business critical cross functional programs
- Strong knowledge of drug development process and regulatory requirements
- Expertise in early access operations and management of Early Access Programs
- Prior experience managing GXP activities
- Degree in scientific discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD or related scientific masters degree)
