About the role

  • Lead operational implementation of individual and structured MAP Programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Provide continuous improvement and process simplification
  • Oversee vendor selection and contract execution
  • Maintain oversight and visibility of structured programs
  • Liaise with procurement and quality to address non-supply related topics
  • Manage digital transformation and AI integration of global MAP operation
  • Represent MAP operations in vendor business reviews
  • Ensure audit readiness and CAPA implementation
  • Oversee development of MAP tools and dashboards

Requirements

  • 10+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Medical, Medical Operations, or related field
  • Understanding of the current pharmaceutical environment
  • Management of complex business critical cross functional programs
  • Strong knowledge of drug development process and regulatory requirements
  • Expertise in early access operations and management of Early Access Programs
  • Prior experience managing GXP activities
  • Degree in scientific discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD or related scientific masters degree)
