About the role

  • Deliver operations administrative support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide operations support against standard operating procedures
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as per the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
  • Review client investment instructions received via workflow system to ensure compliance to business processing requirements
  • Provide regular feedback to stakeholders through various channels

Requirements

  • Degree/National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Accounting / Banking or equivalent
  • 2 - 3 years working experience as a Client Services Consultant or an Administrator in a LISP in a Financial Services Industry
  • Excellent Writing and Reporting Skills
  • Highly Analytical
