About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB and Mid-market accounts
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that articulate Introzy's value proposition to diverse stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, serving as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling to SMB and Mid-market segments
- Experience selling Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software or related solutions (partner management, channel sales, ecosystem platforms)
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales, or partnership strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Plus: Experience with AI sales tools
