• Serve as the primary Super Admin for Rippling.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the system daily.
• Build and execute performance review cycles within Rippling.
• Implement and manage compensation bands within the Rippling interface.
• Create and manage workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
• Handle the day-to-day administrative tasks including benefits enrollment, payroll support, employment verification, and maintaining digital employee files.
• Regularly audit HR data to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Collaborate with Corporate Quality to ensure job descriptions, training records, and competencies are accurately tracked and compliant with internal quality standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and career development.
• Partner with key department leads to help them navigate sensitive personnel issues.
• Work closely with our in-house Legal Counsel to handle complex compliance issues, investigations, and terminations.
