About the role
- Focused on building relationships with CFOs and Finance leaders across SaaS and Cybersecurity companies
- Helping them solve real hiring challenges through contract talent
- Partnered with a strong recruiting team but will own the front end of the business and results
- Build pipeline through consistent outreach
- Run 8–10 client meetings per week
- Open 2–4 job orders
- Land first contractor by Week 4
- Build toward 1+ contractor on billing every week
- Maintain strong activity and consistent deal flow
- Start to develop repeat clients and ongoing revenue
