Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, etc.
- A “detective” mindset—you enjoy uncovering and engaging top talent
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative and manage priorities
