About the role
- Identify, target, and develop relationships with prospective clients within Integrity’s existing markets
- Drive new business by establishing service relationships across executive advisory, direct hire, consulting, project-based, and outsourced solutions
- Conduct outbound prospecting using advanced CRM, database, and contact intelligence tools
- Lead client discovery conversations and schedule high-quality customer meetings
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client success
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and ride-alongs with senior leadership
- Track activity, pipeline, and results using established systems and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience
- Background selling IT services, software, or systems integration (recruiting experience is a plus)
- Proven hunter mentality with a documented track record of closing new business
- Comfortable selling services—not just managing existing accounts
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive
- No degree required
