About the role

  • Identify, target, and develop relationships with prospective clients within Integrity’s existing markets
  • Drive new business by establishing service relationships across executive advisory, direct hire, consulting, project-based, and outsourced solutions
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using advanced CRM, database, and contact intelligence tools
  • Lead client discovery conversations and schedule high-quality customer meetings
  • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client success
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and ride-alongs with senior leadership
  • Track activity, pipeline, and results using established systems and processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience
  • Background selling IT services, software, or systems integration (recruiting experience is a plus)
  • Proven hunter mentality with a documented track record of closing new business
  • Comfortable selling services—not just managing existing accounts
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive
  • No degree required
