About the role
- Responsible for the effective delivery of employee communication programs through a wide range of mediums to create impact and engagement.
- Lead the planning, organization and coordination of internal communication for specific departments and initiatives.
- Develop internal communications tactics including email, video, and intranet.
- Author stories through Sanford Health News.
- Assist in the development of corporate communication materials and messages used for external audiences.
- Ensure that the right messages are going to the right audiences at the right time.
- Train the organization on the use of best methods and templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field is required.
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in communications or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years relevant communication and/or writing experience, preferably in a large and complex corporate setting, is required.
