Maintains rule configurations for payroll and timekeeping systems
Researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations for payroll processing workflow improvements
Provides ongoing system support to internal teams and affiliated sites
Keeps leadership advised of outstanding issues and support needs
Responsible for coordinating change management, communication, and training activities related to pay practice, timekeeping, and payroll

Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
In lieu of bachelor’s degree, leadership may accept five years of applicable work experience
Generally, requires three years of related experience in payroll and timekeeping systems
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Profession (CPP) designation preferred
